In charge of several projects delivery, planning, budgeting and oversee all the aspect of the project. Reporting financial and physical progress to top management. Managing the Construction & QC activities (13 collaborators; office based and site resident teams) with responsibilities channeled in three directions: Construction, interface and QC Management.
Oil & Gas EPC projects; In charge of project quality assurance and quality control activities: verifying technical, NDE and quality procedures, preparing quality and test plan, supervising site construction and final assembly of process skids.
Working for Oil & Gas EPC projects, in charge of quality assurance of material selection, Project procedure (welding, painting & NDE procedure), vendor selection and quality control of fabrication activities at vendor workshops for static and dynamic equipment.
Project’s objective: EPC project of fabricating and installing of LNG facility and tooling station in partnership with BP, ENI and UFGAS to liquefy and export gas
In Charge of assuring integrity of all in-service static equipment (pressure vessels, heaters, piping, heat exchangers and valves) using the NDE methods (UT, RT, PT & MT) following an annual programmed plan on CMMS.
