PROJECT: New Doha International Airport- Qatar-DOHA, Duty Free Area
 Working at Site Office, as Design Coordinator for CP 110 - Duty Free Areas.
 Responsible of a team of 5 persons, working on 3 packages of the project: Ceiling (Gypsum, Acoustical, Open Cell), Flooring / Finishing & Drywall Partitions.
 Distributing the tasks for the staffs.
 Coordinating and carrying out meetings with Contractor (ALEC & IMAR-Joint Venture), as per Consultant (Parsons).
 Dealing with correspondence (emails, post …), writing letters, reports, minutes of meeting, maintaining archiving and filing systems. (under ISO system)
 Preparing request for information, shop drawing list, delivery note… and all the required forms.
 Coordination with Site Team (Site Engineering, Supervisor ...)

PROJECT:Convention Center and Tower- Qatar- DOHA:
Working at Site Office, as Design Manager (as Sub-Contractor).
Responsible of a team of 5 to 8 persons, working on 4 packages of the project: Roof (including trusses), Soffit (including wingtip), Acoustical Ceiling (including skylights), Raised Floor and Fire Barriers.
In charge of receiving all the Incoming DATA and distributing the tasks for the employees.
In charge of out coming DATA to Suppliers (Hunter Douglas, Lindner…)and Main Contractor (SMJV: Midmac & SixCo -Joint Venture).
Dealing with correspondence (emails, post …), writing letters, reports, minutes of meeting, maintaining archiving and filing systems. (under ISO system)
Checking and Adjusting Shop Drawings Details for the Submittal, with Full Coordination with other Sub Contractors of Structure, MEP, Façade, Block Work…
Coordinating and carrying out meetings with Main Contractor (SMJV: Midmac & SixCo -Joint Venture), Consultant(Murphy Jhan) and Suppliers(Hunter Douglas, Lindner…).
Checking and Taking care of Material’s Quantity with the Quantity Surveyor.
Preparing request for information, shop drawing list, delivery note…and all the required forms.
Full coordination with Site Teams.

PROJECT: Al Bustan Hotel and Complex- Qatar- DOHA
 Working as a Team Leader for 4 people.
 Occupied in Hotel parts, and in charge of checking Residential and Offices parts.
 Adjusting the projects in many fields such as Mechanical and Electrical Requirements, Functions, Circulations, Traffic Solutions (Parking), Services and Public Areas, Furnishing Layout…

 Responsible for the display of the whole showroom.
 Pricing the items (such as fabrics, curtains, embrace, tie-back, home fragrances and accessories)
 Organizing the items according to the reference, the color, the texture, and the branding.
 Sales consultant (also involved in the sales operations)
 Responsible for preparing quotations for customers for approval if contract prior the designing and configuration phase.
 In charge of distributing the tasks for the employees
 Satisfying customer’s needs and liaising with the clients as appropriate.
 Dealing with correspondence (emails, faxes, and post), writing letters and reports and minutes of meeting.
 Carrying out public relations and meetings with outdoor clients.
 Devising and maintaining archiving and filing systems to deal efficiently with document flow.
 In charge of all accounting issues such as payments and invoices whether with clients or with the bank.
• Interior Architect - collaborated in Plan design and Execution design
 Managing many projects in Qatar such as for the Lebanese Embassy, the sponsor of SKAFF and AL-AREEKA, and many other villas…
 Designing plan (Wood Work: Ceiling, Cladding, Furniture, Tiling...)
 Selection of fabrics, curtains styles, furniture and the wood finishing.
 Taking the measurements in the site and also present during the execution.

• Interior Architect - Managing many projects from A to Z
 Excellent knowledge in AutoCAD (2D) and Photoshop.
 Receiving projects and performing it according to the client requests and demands.
 Working of the projects included many fields such as Furnishing layout, Demolishing layout, Block Work layout, False Ceiling layout, AC layout, Heating layout, Tiling layout, Sanitary layout, Electrical layout, Lighting layout, Music layout, Curtains layout, Finishing layout, Wood Work layout (Wall Cladding, Doors, Cabinets…)
 Preparing BOQ, Shop drawings, Snag list and Glass Schedule using Microsoft Word and Excel Sheets.
 Setting up Presentations for the projects using Photoshop Program, Accad Layouts, and PowerPoint.

• Sales Consultant
 Dealing with customers’ needs.
 Handling phone calls, incoming emails, and faxes.
 Selling furniture of different Italian, European, American, and Western brands.
 Selling home accessories and table arts.
 Responsible of sample organizing of the fabric and the wood finishing.
 Making stock and invoices using the DOLPHIN system.
