It identify high-value leads and key potential partners and develop strategies for converting those connections into productive and profitable relationships.
* Manage overall operations and responsible for the effective and successful management of work, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established and set for the Operations Department.
* Developing and implementing purchasing strategies, managing supplier relations and negotiating.
* Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets of tenders and new projects.
* Direct follow up with sales team for daily activities, task, proposals, new query and decision making.
* Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs and process.
* Recruit, select, train new employees on new products along with all yearly brands updates.
* Review and approve all operational invoices, deliveries and ensure they are submitted for payment.
* Exhibition organizer and planning for local and international exhibitions for company different solutions. Researching, writing, planning and running all aspects of exhibitions.(Kuwait- Mishref & private seminar for COOP society; Dubai - Gitex; Qatar-Qitcom)
* Reporting top management inventory, sales orders, daily operation activities, communicate all operating policies and/or issues at department meetings .
* Work closely with GM and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems to follow through with implementation.
Manage overall operations of company showrooms and responsible for daily tasks of advisors home visits.
Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
Train new sales lady and advisors on new products.
Set and schedule daily driver and advisors tasks.
Review all operational invoices, deliveries and ensure they are submitted for payment.
Exhibition organizer and planning for local exhibitions.
Reporting top management for inventory, daily showroom sales and daily operation activities.
Communicate all operating policies and/or issues at department meetings.
Forecast requirements; prepare a monthly budget.
Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints.
Manage staff levels, salaries, hours, contract labor to revenue and discipline.
Work closely with GM to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation.
