Discusses and finalizes with the General Manager the sales strategies required to
meet sales target and figures in showroom and Projects.
 Breaks down the agreed targets into showroom specific targets and communicates the
sales targets.
 Sets performance measures for each outlet based on Marketing data and individual
knowledge of showroom and projects maturity and staff capabilities as well as brand
position for every outlet and location .
Set prices, coordinate bids for projects and develop quotes for Lighting
products and their equivalents in accordance with the consultants’
specifications.
