Demonstrate advanced knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), plumbing, and fire protection.
Perform on-site inspections in strict adherence to discipline-specific inspection procedures.
Responsively address Inspection Requests (IRs) submitted by the contractor, taking appropriate actions as needed.
Proficiency in the selection, installation, and operation of mechanical equipment and components Lead the mechanical construction team by providing technical guidance and expertise.
Ensure that all mechanical work adheres to the highest industry standards and best practices. Propose design modifications where necessary to improve system performance.
Oversee the commissioning and testing of mechanical systems to ensure they operate at optimal levels. Conduct performance tests, troubleshoot issues, and fine-tune systems for maximum efficiency.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the quality of work on-site while assessing safety, health, and environmental factors, ensuring full compliance with contract agreements, QCS specifications, and safety regulations.
Prepare and submit a comprehensive range of reports, including Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports, as well as essential technical documents such as Site Instructions, Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Field Order Requests (FORs), and other pertinent reports vital to project management and quality control.
