Duties & Responsibilities:
•In Behalf of The Employer (as per The Contract I am The Engineer representative) Managing and leading the (Supervision Consultants & Contractors) of different types design and build Confidential & Private Projects with cost not less than 3 billion QRs, based on the organization/government business case, procedure & each project objectives & enviorment, My duties are including but not limited to (initiating & Managing The Projects from inception till completion, Collect & define end-user requirements and needs, prepare project SOW, disciplines criteria, estimated cost & time duration, RFP for tendering purpose)
•Prepare the Tender documents & circulars replies, Participating evaluation/ negotiation and bid finalization prior to awarding of (contractor/supervision consultant / service prvider) & Contracts Preparation.
• Defining, approaching & Managing Projects stakeholders and associated authorities Communication & relationship.
•Flowing up all program management plan from Project design stage, Construction to handing over to the end-user
•Reporting the top management weekly & monthly with the projects progress & status, along with budget control and interim payments certification, & suggesting best scenarios to the Decision maker.
•Monitoring, Controlling /managing projects (Scope, time and cost) and verifying each Project management plan (quality, communication, Security & HSE, Human resource, etc.)
•Decision making of all the Project aspects during the progress and technical meetings
•Perform required change management to satisfy the End-user changes, recommending and issuing (SWI, VO, and EOT).
