- Planning Water side, Stack, Rail Operation for loading / unloading container
- Develop availability and reliability strategy in accordance with container flow.
- Rail Tracks and Rail Cranes design analysis and re-design for low cost maintenance and productivity
- Generate Key Elements and Customer Impact indicators required by railcar flow
- Form reports developed under projections and mathematical formulation according to customer requirements
- Develop Engineering Cost & Financial Projections in Rail Projects and OPEX and CAPEX impact
- Develop Rail Operation Manuals, Standard Operative Process, Work Instructions, Maintenance Manual and Training Materials as compliance with Terminal Industry and Regulations

Part of my responsibility was to write procedures that meet M-1003 requirements for all process in the shop as follow:
- Railcar repair: Incoming Inspection, damaged railcars, maintenance programs for all AAR Car Type (all MSRP)
- Wheel shop: Axle classification, wheel mounting, re-tread second hand wheels, bearing mounting (G-II - MSRP)
- Reconditioning of truck side frames and bolsters meet M-214 Requirements (S-II - MSRP)
- Air brake valve shop: reconditioning of valves DB and ABDX, angle cocks, SCABT, and air brake cylinder mounted. (E-II - MSRP)
- Check Billing Repair Cards to compliance in accordance with customers, correctly charges, time standards, prices, and it is the same with repairs done at railcars
- Check BRCs from railroads or owners and answer reclamations with correct charges or requests Credit Billing Account
- Internal Audits from QA Director of Greenbrier
- External Audits from AAR or customers as TTX, GE, FXE or Ferrovalle
- Improve training, inspection and repair in cars with EHMS alerts TPD, WILD, THD, Hot Box
- Control of variables that affect the Quality
o Training and qualify the operators
o Improving new terms for material control and type of car in process repair
o Training on gage usage for operators
o Training on new requirements or new circulars affecting shop.
