Participated in the financial due diligence of the buy-side engagement
Prepared several valuation decks covering the insurance, transportation, building materials, financial services & consumer staples industries
Conducted financial audits focusing primarily on financial institutions and manufacturing/retail industries, in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”)
Planned and performed audit fieldwork based on E&Y Global Audit Methodology
Documented key business processes and related internal/external business risks by teaming with key client personnel and contributed to the effective management of the audit process and strategy in line with audit risks
