Complete Bakery Lines Start up.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Directly reporting to Plant Manager & Operation Manager.
• Main function is managing the plant with two high speed production line of Bread (6, 000pcs/hr) & Bun (39, 000pcs/hr) with around 150personnel.
• Responsible for the whole Plant (e.g. Operation, Maintenance, Plant policies & procedures and Flow Chart).
• Analyze & evaluate workforce requirement and execute training plan for improvement.
• Reviewing the performance of workers and supervisory staff base on their individual KPI’s.
• Maintaining the plant production lines, foster a well-trained and motivated staff.
• Planning of required Raw Materials & Packaging Materials with around 300 types and maintain less cost of stock inventory
• Ensure timely delivery of production orders and all SKU’s McDonald products, KFC, Burger King & Retail.
• Develop and executes the plant manufacturing budgets, Cost center in charge for all the factories.
• Timely analyze the process, machineries & system to update the continuous improvement in all factories.
• Ensure the implementation ISO 2200 & ISO 9001 and HACCP prerequisites and pass all individual audit of customer.
• Maintain clean and safe plant and periodic maintenance schedule.
• Optimize Plant Capacity & Manpower capacity with maximum output.
• Monitor operation and take corrective actions on process deviation or in any machine or product abnormalities.
• Establish and direct plant policies and procedures.

Main Function is Factory Manager handling the five factories (Bakery, Ice Cream, UHT, Dairy & Cheese) plus Maintenance Deptartment with around 150personnel.
Responsible for the whole Plant (e.g. Operation, Maintenance, Plant policies & procedures and Flow Chart).
Analyze & evaluate workforce requirement and execute training plan for improvement.
Reviewing the performance of workers and supervisory staff base on their individual KPI’s.
Maintaining the plant production lines, foster a well trained and motivated staff.
Consult the six department heads to ensure to ensure the coordination of materials purchasing, production, export shipment and sales order.
Planning of required Raw Materials & Packaging Materials with around 300 types and maintain less cost of stock inventory
Ensure timely delivery of production requirements and all SKU’s meet the buffer stocks in the warehouse.
Develop and executes the plant manufacturing budgets, Cost center in charge for all the factories.

Review preventive maintenance plan and correct as required and ensure the implementation.
Optimize Plant Capacity & Manpower capacity with maximum output.
Monitor operation and take corrective actions on process deviation or in any machine or product abnormalities.
Establish and direct plant policies and procedures.
New product development.
ACHIEVEMENT
Improve the swiss roll product with less product costing.
Handle the five factories with minimum manpower without disturbing the sales demand.
Improve dairy production with machine & manpower capacity optimization.
Improve Ice Cream production with machine & manpower capacity optimization.

Manage the Planning/Technical Section.
Develop a monthly work plan for the activities of the whole Marine Pollution Control Center department (i.e. operation, maintenance & technical section).
Responsible for the Preventative Maintenance of OSR Equipments.
Responsible for the technical support & advise needed for the MPCC department (i.e. machinery, mechanical, electrical & oil properties & behavior).
Plan & conduct necessary exercises (e.g. C&R, Dispersant application, Shoreline Cleanup, Vessel booming & Jetty booming) for all MPCC Specialist to maintain their capability as an oil spill specialist & responder. .
Conducting OSR Lectures & researching of new oil spill response technology to ensure the MPCC department is always competent to respond an oil spill.
Coordinate and work together with the other government agencies to fulfill the required job in the MPCC (i.e. logistic support, purchasing & training venue scheduling).
Comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 18001.
Ensure all safe procedures, safety rules and regulations are implemented and maintain good housekeeping.
Maintain strict discipline among MPCC specialist.
ACHIEVEMENT
In one year term able to conduct IMO level 1, 2 & 3 course.
Enhance MPCC department to win the Dubai Police ISO 9001 Department competition.

Production Planning to meet the forecast
Planning and purchase of required Raw Materials & Packaging Materials.
Ensure all SKU’s meet the buffer stocks in the warehouse.
Maintain strict discipline in the Plant and ensure GMP & HACCP are strictly follows.
Monitor operation and take corrective actions on process deviation or in any machine or product abnormalities.
Responsible for the spare part purchase and preventive maintenance of the machine.
Ensure all machine breakdowns and problems are effectively resolved.
Ensure all safe procedures, safety rules and regulations are implemented and maintain good housekeeping.
ACHIEVEMENT
Improved the Croissant process and achieved the 100% satisfaction of Customer (Spinneys).
Helped the R&D group to develop and achieve the 5 new products.

ACHIEVEMENT
Reduced 90% Paratha rejection in Pressing Machine.
Saved high expenses for the Project Roller Drum Cutter of Round Cut Paratha by replacing less cost Pneumatic Round Cutter.
Designed continuous Paratha Production and saved eight workers in the line.
Promoted as Production Manager.

ACHIEVEMENT
Solved the problem of grainy candy mass in Candy Plant.
Trained all personnel in the new Project of Candy Plant in Pampanga.
Designed semi-automatic egg albumen dispenser in Nougat Mixer in Chocolate Plant.
Exceeded all production records of Bar Size production in Chocolate Plant by running Three Shift Production Output in One Shift Production.

• Coordinate with the contractor to make special or critical projects.
• Supervise laborers involve in the project including regular employees and sub-contractor personnel.
• Plan the work to meet the deadline given by the project manager.
• Perform electrical and mechanical works.
• Install industrial machinery.
