•Coordination with of all the Resident Engineers in order to ensure that all the activities are being executed as per the Contracts’ documents and within the time of delivery;
•Carrying out meetings with the Clients regarding the financial and physical progress of the projects and constraints encountered during construction;
•Reviewing of all the reports, letters and notifications sent by the Resident Engineers to the Client / Contractors;
•Coordination with the design offices regarding the elaborated designs and the ones to be prepared;
•Preparation of the financial and technical proposals for the tender documents related to the infrastructure projects;
•Preparation of the Contracts between the Client and Contractor based on FIDIC Forms of Contracts;

•Carrying out regular site meetings with the Client, Contractor and Local Administrations of the cities in order to discuss the progress of the work and resolve the difficulties;
•Ensuring that all tasks are within the time of delivery;
•Checking and approving materials’ submissions such as pipes, fittings, accessories, valves, concrete mixtures, asphalt mixes design, steel reinforcement, forms and formwork …etc.;
•Checking and approving the shop drawings for all works;
•Ensuring that construction is done according to the specifications and drawings;
•Liaising with Dar’s administration, supervisor and team involved in the project;
•Liaising with Local Authority to ensure compliance with local construction regulations;
•Supervising and monitoring the work on site such as earth work, surveying, excavations, pipes’ laying, concreting, asphalt pavement …etc.;
•Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site;
•Preparing weekly and monthly reports;

•Checking and approving the shop drawings for all works;
•Ensuring that construction is done according to the specifications and drawings;

Checking and approving concrete mix design for the above following projects:

•Expansion of Hurghada International Airport (Hurghada, Egypt);
•Lot II of the Expansion of the Port of Tripoli (Tripoli, Lebanon);
•Cambambe Dam (Luanda, Angola)

•Assist in the preparation of the master plan of Sambizanga City in Angola and mainly in the conceptual design of drainage and sewage networks;
•Preliminary and detailed design of water, sewage and drainage networks in the cities of Sambizanga and Soyo in Angola;
•Assist in the design and safety’s review of the detailed design done by Dar Pune for the Integrated Infrastructure Project of N’Zeto’s city in Angola;
