Delivering projects as planned and on time schedules and working accordingly to meet the customers’ expectations. oGathering requirements: Gather business requirements and translate them into technical requirements for the creation of application features, enhancements, and functions. oAnalyzing documents, workflows and processes to establish problem areas and defining Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT analyses). oTask assignments: Defining the resources required for completion of a project and allocated resources accordingly. oIntegration: Ensuring data combination between multiple parties oProject Implementation: Installing production system and full solution environment after the pre‐implementation review meeting is held. oTraining: Working with Handheld users and back office users to finalize measurements before the pilot phase. oRoll Out: Initiating test‐plan to check the circumstances and operational details before project launching. oGo Live phase: Starting to operate the solution in the real environment. Working in conjunction with the business users and development teams, responsible for the creation and execution of application test scripts, scenarios, and test plans that validate initial business requirements. Project Implementation: Installing production system and full solution environment after the pre‐implementation review meeting is held. Training: Working with Handheld users and back office users to finalize measurements before the pilot phase. Support: Providing assistance to users for the front end and back end solutions.
Developing handheld (windows mobile) and software applications related to maintenance and sales force automation using VB.net (OOP) as a programming language and SQL server 2008 R2 as a database server. oWell experienced with DevExpress tools.
