2. Supervising and approving labor and financial schedules and data issued by the department to any external party or to any department in the company.
3. Coordination with senior management to develop a strategy and plan for recruitment, training, development and motivation when developing the company’s business plan.
4. Participate and work to develop the company’s plans and policies regarding employees.
5. Coordination with the legal department to ensure proper implementation of current and new regulations and laws pertaining to the private sector regarding workers, wages, taxes, data provision.....etc.
6. Conducting initial interviews for new employees.
7. Preparing the payroll schedule and submitting it to the General Manager for implementation.
