1. Analyze current technologies and develop steps and processes to improve and expand upon them.
2. Work on the tools for automating the workflow of application lifecycle management from code to deployment.
3. Participate in building and setting up new configuration tools and infrastructure.
4. Manage several streams of work concurrently.
5. Ensure that the outputs from software development process always meets the required standards.
6. Work with software developers to ensure that development process follows established process and works as intended.
7. Participates in setting the operational requirements needed for application functionality.
8. Performs incremental testing actions on code, processes, and deployments to identify ways to streamline execution and minimize errors encountered.
9. Uses Configuration or scripting methodologies to solve problem with a custom workflow.
10. Bring a passion to stay on top of DevOps trends, experiment with and learn new CI/CD technologies.
11. Identify the configuration items necessary for automating successful software delivery.
12. Set a mechanism for controlling the changes to software configuration items.
13. Maintain and update Section’s technical documentations.
14. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
15. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
16. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.
1.Control and follow up radio site and transport networks maintenance activities with concerned parties and conduct site visit when needed.
2.Conduct site visits to damaged sites and prepare a report of needed renovation activities and requirements.
3.Monitor and analyze site performance, fault alarms related to radio site's hardware to ensure Service quality and availability of radio sites, MW links & outdoor Nodes and submit the needed actions.
4.Suggest modifications for radio sites hardware and follow up implementation with Radio & Rollout Unit.
5.Review reports of radio sites maintenance activities to verify efficiency of preventive, correction maintenance activities, and submit actions when needed.
6.Propose power solutions for existing radio sites and send the nominated solution to Rollout Section.
7.Monitor and analyze the performance of existing power solutions in radio sites and request modifications from contractors when necessary.
8.Troubleshoot problems related to hardware installed in radio site locations or technical lab and conduct site visits when necessary.
9.Follow up under warranty hardware problems with vendors when needed.
10.Evaluate technical specifications of maintenance hardware in each purchasing offer.
11.Solve customers' complaints related to hardware problems effectively and on time as per related policies and procedures, and provide concerned Dept. with complete and accurate feedback about the actions applied.
12.Prepare guidelines for radio and power solutions based on suppliers' recommendations.
13.Update records related to maintenance activities.
14.Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
15.Participate in conducting the COT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
16.Contribute to the continuous improvement of Quality Management System
