Analyse business conflicts to monitor and solve risks.
- Decide on company policies, resources, planning, and strategy.
- Provide inspired leadership for the organization through assisting
HR with recruitment and ensuring company departments are in
compliance with laws and regulations.
- Responsible for all department managers and supervisors.
- Draft business proposals to ensure building alliances and
partnerships.
- Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission,
and plan for short and long‐term goals.
- Overview financial activities including auditing, annual reports,
budget and statements to ensure financial operations are as per the
standards set by the company.
- Develop business opportunities from existing and potential resellers of Adobe and Office 365.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve the company objectives in the MENA.
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on other distributors.
- Increase sales by focusing on up-selling and cross-selling to guarantee a yearly sales target.
- Establish new relationships in the MENA region.
- Resolve customer complaints through developing solutions recommendations to management.
- Communicate to management work plans and territory analysis.
- Maintain technical and practical knowledge by attending workshops.
- Build and maintain strong, long‐lasting customer relationships.
- Forecast and track key account numbers.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customers.
- Generate sales for a portfolio of accountable against targets.
- Manage and solve conflicts with clients.
- Coordinate with other sales teams and members of departments to
direct and achieve common targets.
- Work within weekly/monthly/ yearly targets.
- Negotiate budgets with the client and company.
