•After a thorough analysis and 35 years of status-quo, a disruptive change approach was inevitable, starting with the employees plus rewriting & implementing a whole new business concept process.
•Doing business the unusual way during the Pandemic saw us increasing our sales Y.O.Y. despite a 4 months closure of our stores & warehouses at the industrial area.
•Increased Suzuki cars sales by 35% & Motorcycle sales by 50%
•Launched TVS in Qatar a delivery motorcycle that is extremely reliable yet smartly priced, an impressive 800 units sold in year one.
•Relaunched Peugeot in Qatar after 3 years absence.
•Opened a new sales channel for Marine oil, a first for the company taking it away from Shell.
•Introduced a new line-up of golf cars from Australia with an advance technology
•Added a new tire category for agriculture striking a 5 years deal with Baladna Dairy.
•Increased the turnover by 33% and the NP by 24%.
•Introduced a first of a kind 5 years plan that is flexible but target driven, allowing managers to have more than one option to achieve results yet remaining true to its form from talent management to new products introduction respecting all KPI’s to achieve targeted net profit.
•Started a paying intern program for young generations 18-22, collected a rich data allowing us to align ourselves with the new generation from an employee and a customer perspective.

•Provide dealer analysis and make recommendations on areas of opportunity in regards to marketing strategies and daily practices that increase revenue growth, customer count, and service levels.
•Develop and deliver restructuring of several business lines to initiate cost reductions and achieve cost targets, implement growth strategies through identification of business conditions, trends, and executing strategic social marketing tactics which have resulted in driving sales.
•Leverage experience and industry knowledge to build success sales, aftersales, and operations which include recruitment, training, forecasting and consistent prospect pipeline development and closing strategies.
•Develop structured deals and negotiate with financial institutions for finance purposes, increase sales and exceed all organizational expectations.
