• Supports the Head of Aftersales, responsible for the Aftersales turnover, profitability, and customer experience management targets.
• Oversee the operations and development of the service center and workshop; maintain good relationships with customers, external vendors, as well as the internal Service and Workshop teams.
• Adhere to corporate regulations and guidelines, reporting requirements, and periodically analyze the service centers business, operations, and customer satisfaction performance.
• Monitors and drives business performance daily to be in line with targets.
• Leads, supervises, and monitors service and workshop team performance and takes measures to improve.
• Establishes Aftersales marketing and promotional activities, and campaigns to drive business.

• Work closely with HR on manpower issues, recruitment, and training needs.
• Manages and directs the daily activities of the retail leasing operations & aftersales department according to organization policies and standards.
• Responsible for all retail leasing functions, which may include reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements.
• Manages tire inventory and outside purchase of tires, complies with parts and Tire Purchase Program.
• Responsible for store safety including, but not limited to, use of and maintenance and safety equipment.
