• Implement strategic plans and analysis of Business objective.
• Oversee and leading National sales, promotions, collections and nationwide sales team members to achieve sales target.
• Providing models and organizing statistical studies for the sales department.
• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly report and key performance indicators.
• Oversee the RTE (route to market) on daily and weekly basis.
• Forecasting monthly and quarterly targets.
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
• Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts .
• Negotiating and closing agreements with large customers.
• Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the sales department.
• Tracking and analyzing sales data to find strengths and weaknesses.
• Developing and implementing sales procedures and policies.
• Approving and managing large client contracts.
• Recruiting, hiring and training new employees.
• Creating presentations for business partners, corporate executives and shareholders.
• Schedule occasional meeting with regional managers.

• Act as the liaison between named accounts and internal teams ensuring clients' needs are met.
• Create and maintain annual account strategy plans and oversee national account sales targets.
• Use customer relationship management tools daily to plan meetings, record activity, and develop a list of prospects.
