A. Strategic Planning:
- Partner with the GM to develop and execute the division’s business strategy.
- Develop and maintain 3-year business plan and lead the execution of the financial strategy.
B. Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Partner with the GM to develop and execute the division’s business strategy.
- Responsible for the preparation of the annual budget of the divisions and business units.
- Furnish timely & reliable financial information to support the GM & Operation Managers to execute the budget.
- Review, update and report monthly forecasts of division & business units by 7th of subsequent month.
C. Finance & Accounting:
- Lead the daily activities of the finance and accounting function of the division.
- Continuously review and improve internal controls to ensure controls are adequate at all times.
- Responsible of revenue recognition and timely issuance of the invoices to the clients.
- Ensure that debtors are accurate and maintained within the company targets (

C. Examine VAT, NSSF and fiscal declarations.
D. State disclosures required by the IAS and IFRS.
E. Keep abreast of current developments in accounting, reporting and taxation laws.
F. Manage a team of more than 10 candidates (assistant seniors and juniors).
G. Report directly to the manager and tax partner.
