Providing all technical support, guidance, comments and supervision to the main contractor SBG accordingly to finalize and submit all technical O&M manuals and As-Built drawings pertaining to King Abdullah Financial District for all the Electrical Systems installed in the overall project parcels and buildings.

Automation and controls is one of the leaders in the local market for supplying and itegrating all low current systems, SIEMENS BMS system and Fire Fighting Systems. Latest Achievment: Beirut City Center Project for all the Fire Fighting Systems, St. George Hopital and Banque AUDI headquarters for the BMS system, Kesserwen Medical Center for all systems.  Project Manager of all ongoing projects: I was responsible for the execution and handing over of the projects in hand from Bid Phase to contract, submittal, shop drawings, delivery, installation, manpower management, startup and commissioning, invoicing and payments.  Achievements: Kesserwen Medical Centre (all electrical systems), Fahed Supervalue Hypermarket (all electrical and Fire Fighting systems), 3Beirut Towers (BMS system only).

As a responsible on the after sales department, my duty was the reliability of the installed systems in all the projects and facilities having a maintenance contract including maintenance, upgrades and extension of existing projects relating to all SIEMENS Building Technology, Low Current and Fire Fighting systems.

Nov 2006 - Nov 2011 St George Hospital Achrafieh
Electrical Supervisor.
* Supervision and control on the contractors' electrical works during and after implementation of the New Hospital Buildings, as per set specifications, which includes: Materials approvals, compliance, shop drawings revisions, site inspection, commissioning and acceptance.
* Supervisor of the Electrical Section at the physical plant department, and Leader of the maintenance technicians, maintenance contractors' supervision for the below systems.
* Responsible for the electrical safety at the hospital and being a member in the OHSC, Health, safety and environmental performances, standards accreditation, Yearly QIP including KPI, Procedures & Policies.
* Responsible for the maintenance of all electrical systems and equipments at the hospital which includes and not limited to: the Power House, MV Dry Type Transformers, Generators, UPS system, Fire Alarm System, Nurse Call System, CCTV, Building Management System, Chillers and HVAC system, CMMS, Access Control System. Monthly reports for, corrective and preventive maintenance, repetitive failures.
* Contracting and Supervision.
1. Supervision of the New University Building (4000m2), from contracts, electromechanical Shop Dwgs Approvals, Composite high Dwgs, BOQ, Variation orders and payments.
2. Extension of any of the above mentioned systems in the hospital.
3. Relocation of 2 GVA UPS system.
4. Fire alarm system design and installation at the Hospital Parking.
