As a Group HR Manager, and having the resilience, gravitas and commercial acumen to work with multiple General Managers, CEOs and board level decision makers, the major focus is to:
- Help plan and define the strategy of the group.
- Build HR policy and manage HR process throughout the various companies of the group.
- Have a handle on all HR activities in multiple global jurisdictions.
- Travel continuously to branches over the GCC supporting company Superiors and ensuring their compliance where necessary with group objectives.
- Act as the strategic hand of the Group CEO and board ensuring that policy is defined and followed.
- Handle Recruitment for all branches at all levels (blue collar & white collar employees) to match corporate expansion strategies.

Kocache is a leading fit-out contractor in the GCC and MENA region that operates very large contracts involving many thousand of high level and blue collar staff simultaneously that must be rapidly recruited deployed, retained, managed, rotated and developed and this was the main challenge in addition to other strategic HR functions as:
- Development of "on site policies and procedures" as well as administrative ones.
- ERP System development connecting all branches.
- Conducted a training plan for key personnel and project managers.
- Member of the Management Budgeting Committee & project Tendering committee of the group.

MedNet Liban (nowadays operating under the name GlobeMed) is the Leader Third Party Administrator for Healthcare insurance benefits in Lebanon and the Middle east. As member of the HR department at MedNet, and beside being the senior member of the Management Trainee program where I got trained to become the next HR Manager, I had handled HR tasks such as:
- Recruitment cycle. (Screening, interviewing, recommendation, final selection)
- Corporate HR coordination for international branches.
- Corporate System trainer for HR Module for all branches.
- Coordination with various recruitment agencies & recruitment websites
- Salary Scale study project & implementation (Market study & Bench-marking)
- Setting & applying HR rules and regulations (Modus Operandi).
- Reporting (Business Analysis, Turnover Report, Monthly recruitment Report)
