Review plans to be implemented on the site construction.
Formulate and submit to client for approval, Project Inspection and Test Plan that will form the basis of the QA/QC monitoring and compliance of the project.
Inspect Material deliveries to be used at site as per approved project specification.
Monitoring and administering the QA/QC Plan or Programmed and ensuring incorporated materials on construction projects follow the plans and specifications.
Coordinate to independent party and Consultant for the concrete sampling that will be delivered on site

❖Prepare Method Statements for the works as required by the Client in accordance to the quality and safetyrequirements.
❖Handles all project documentation (drawings, vendor dossier, RFIs, etc.)
❖Coordinate to independent party and Consultant for the concrete sampling that will be delivered on site
NATURE OF JOB
• Formulate Project Inspection and Test Plan to be followed in the inspection process at site.
• Review plans to be implemented on the site construction.
• Performed pre-inspection at site prior to the final inspection with the PMT
• Daily reporting to Senior Quality Engineer and Quality Manager for any issues arise on the project
• Make daily surveillance of works to ensure to project requirements and specification
• Coordinate to independent party and Consultant for the concrete sampling that will be delivered on site
❖ Review plans to be implemented on the site construction.
❖ Conduct training to workers, supervisors and Site Engineers regarding the procedures of work to be done.
❖ Performed pre-inspection at site prior to the final inspection with the consultant.
❖ Daily reporting to Senior Quality Engineer and Quality Manager for any issues arise on the project
❖ Make daily surveillance of works to ensure to project requirements and specification
❖ Coordinate to independent party and Consultant for the concrete sampling that will be delivered on site
❖Monitoring and administering the QA/QC Plan or Programmed and ensuring incorporated materials onconstruction projects are in compliance with the plans and specifications.
❖Assure the complete implementation of project quality requirement of Project plan, Specification, InspectionTest Plan (ITP), Method statement, Vendor Recommendation and other International code and standards(ASTM, ACI, AASHTO).
❖Collaborate with the consultant and contractor to resolve conflict on site.
❖Established and implements the quality of workmanship, materials to ensure activities are in conformancewith the requirements
❖Liaise and control all construction matters and work of subcontractors, to ensure client’s satisfaction andquality of work produces. Ensure client approvals are coordinated and arranged in a timely and
proper manner
❖Make daily surveillance of works to ensure to project requirements and specification.
❖Interprets design plans and specifications and make verification on site whether the installed materialswhere conformed to project plans and specification.
❖Follow and maintain Company Quality Standards in accordance with Company Quality System requirements.
❖Conduct weekly site meeting to engineers and supervisors among other tasks for proper execution andtimely delivery of construction materials and improvement.
❖Following up the concrete works in a presence of the Engineer or Consultant, slump test and cubespreparation for the compressive test required design of the project.
❖As Civil Inspector, responsible for identifying non-conformities and proposed corrective actions ensuringthat are being done properly and corrective during re-construction. Study and review the issued forconstruction drawings, plans, details and specifications to ensure that all works implemented and carried
at site conforms to approved quality program procedures and requirements.
❖Responsible for retrofitting works of aged preheater tower without suspending there cement production.
❖Oversee the preparation for all works and monitor progress of work as per planningSchedules
❖Established and implements the quality of workmanship, materials to ensure activities are in conformancewith the requirements
❖Liaise and control all construction matters and work of subcontractors, to ensure client’s satisfaction andquality of work produce. Ensure client approvals are coordinated and arranged in a timely and
proper manner
❖Responsible for the supervision, inspection and implementation of approved quality standards duringConstruction of all phases of building works.
❖Performed the pre-inspection to ensure that all installed materials are within the standard in conformanceTo applicable drawings and specifications.
❖Witness field sampling and testing activities
❖Ensure the quality control procedures are being followed and implemented properly. Prepare plans forstructural works for foundation of powerhouse and other related infrastructures project
❖Under the direction of the project manager, preparing scope of work change orders with supportingDocuments as required and submit variations.
❖Coordinating with Site Management for work progress requirements.

❖Prepare detailed Quantity Estimates and Quantity checking.
❖Responsible for the supervision, inspection and implementation of approved quality standards duringpost tensioning activities of structures
❖Performed the pre-inspection to ensure that all installed materials are within the standard in conformanceTo applicable drawings and specifications.
❖Offer inspection of post tensioning works to consultant’s prior for execution on the next scope
❖Witness field sampling and testing activities of materials related to post tension
❖Prepare detailed Quantity Estimates and Quantity checking
•Check foundations, grade beams, wall footings are dimensionally correct and dowels are positioned as perIssued for Construction Drawing (IFC).
•Ensure that formworks are substantial, sufficiently tight to prevent leakage of mortar from the concrete
•Check the correct quantity, layout, spacing, positioning, lap splice, diameter, and concrete covering ofreinforcement steel as per IFC drawing.
•Checked and ensure that all architectural finishes are being done in proper and as per architectural
schedule of building
❖Coordinating with Site Management for work progress requirements.
❖Supervising civil works, site preparation for embankment of lateral canals.
❖Attend technical meeting and explain site issues.
❖Control manpower and equipment utilized for embankment of canals.
❖Overviewing and implementation of the plan for transporting the materials that will be used inembankment
❖Supervising and coordinating all civil works and check quantity estimates.
