Provides consulting services in developing, implementing and documenting a total warehouse operations system and improve inbound and outbound systems and control by developing effective storage plan that optimized warehouse operations services and developing cost effective inventory levels for finished goods and materials.

Responsible for planning and organizing deliveries of pre-booked orders using a dynamic order fulfillment process to ensure optimize resource utilization and achieving a 100% order fulfillment rate.
Responsible for auditing and analyzing containers and finished goods movement to identify causes of inventory differences and recommending control improvements.
