• Motor control and troubleshooting specifically in Box loading and unloading machine, Roller Loading and unloading Machines which are run and controlled by photocell sensors, magnetic contactors and PLC.
• Performing Installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of motors rating from .44kilowatts up until 350 kilowatts, 380 3phase motor to be used in Conveyors, Ball Mills, Compressors hydraulic motors hoisters and cranes, airfans and Dedusting purposes.
• Installation and Termination of Electrical Devices
• Performing preventive maintenance and repair for any problems in mechanical electrical and instrumentation field.
• Making sure every platform and TP are feeding smoothly and running in good condition.
• Checking all parameters are accurate and feedbacks are well received from SCADA.
• Ensuring that the equipment and protection for that platform are in healthy conditions such as follows.
1. Remote Terminal Unit (RTU)
a. Emergency Shutdown Equipment (SSV and SSV)
b. Hydraulic Operated Valve
c. High Integrity Pressure Protection Switch (HIPPS) Emerson pressure transmitter are used
d. Motor Operated Valves manufactured by Rotork
e. Fire loops
2. Energizing 13.8KV Schneider Switchgears
3. Maintain Solar Arrays to supply RTU and transmitters for that platform.
4. Capable of Terminating Cables by Means of Proper using hydraulic crimpers and cutters to feed Switch Gears Panel76 or Motors from the Platform.
5. Has knowledge on conducting HIPOT and Insulation Resistant tester commonly called Megger Tester
6. Installation of Motors from 20 Kilowatts to 50 Kilowatts motor.
7. Calibration for Pressure and temperature sensors and transmitters like Honeywell transmitters or Rosemount Emerson transmitters.
