5. Issue, update, and monitor the Leave Applications.
6. Prepare and submit an annual Report for Unused Sick Leave for cash conversion.
7. Prepare and compute leave credits of employees upon 1 year of service.
8. Prepare the last pay computation.
9. Prepare data for Annual Increase and Bonus.
10. Monitoring of Long Absences.
