Compiles, disseminates and updates the arrangement for Safety listed in ABB Policy and Code of
Practice for Project Sites - Achieving ABB HSE Standards.
Prepare, conduct, and follow-up on QHSE Audit activities to Subcontractors, with Client.
Participate with ABB Auditing Team for the Construction Contractor Process Assessment
Questionnaire (CCPAQ) and its audit activities.

Identifies safety training needs and maintain training records of safety trainings, both for general safety
training and for those persons who are delegated safety duties.
Makes every effort to ensure that all accidents and incidents involving any staff working inside the site.
Take such steps as may be necessary to avert immediate danger pending longer term action taken by
the operations and/or HSE department.
Accompany inspectors from outside agencies and/or client’s representative during site visits.
