Receive documents from contractor and check in accordance to standard.
Coordinate, file and retrieve all project technical and management documents in an efficient manner.
Distributing documents in accordance with project document distribution matrix as supervised by the
project
• Conduct Sustomer Claim Investigation
• Make Claim Customer Report
• Confim new product according to technical standard
• Confirm test programm before uploading to the machine from TS Electrical Standar
• Help to promote claim Zero(*0) activity by conducting process quality audit
• Control the TS document of the company to ensure its safety and avoid leakage of its contents
• Perform other task that may deem neccessary by the company
• Responsible for the preparation and planning of job order and the materials to be used by the
production
• Receiving and distribute with complete checking of all materials needed per job order for production.
• Prepare all necessary papers such as endorsement sheet and work record for the next shift
• Report any abnormalities and accident to the immediate supervisor
• Perform other task that may deemed necessary by the management as need arises.
