• Ensuring early ambulation and restoration of normal bowel movement for transplant

• Make sure patients maintain proper vital signs and administering medications
following all medication rights.
• Collaborate with medical professionals, educate patients on disease management,
and ensure accurate documentation of patient care activities.
• Reinforce diet restriction and fluid limitation, dressing changes, catheter care,
collecting lab specimens.
• Respond to a medical emergency and alert the appropriate doctors.
• Detail-oriented when taking notes and vitals with the ability to deliver an assessment
on patients health status to other team members.
• Coordinates and documents appropriate discharge planning and referrals to ensure
continuity of care after discharge.

• Processing and filing X rays i.e. orthopantograms and cephalometric X rays.
• Tidying and cleaning the clinic.
• Carrying out stock control for the running month.
• Preparing alginate impressions and stone casts.

• Monitoring and administering medication and intravenous infusions.
• Administering blood and blood products as per physician orders and monitoring
patients status simultaneously.
• Monitoring patients vital signs as per shift requirements and doctors advice.
• Assisting doctors in removal of nephrostomy tube, abdominal drains or radivac
drains.
