•Establish the Quality Management System of the company and update it continually in full agreement with the Chief Administration Officer
•Assign and train qualified personnel on quality issues
•Follow up on the implementation of the Quality Management System, through internal and external auditing
•Follow up on the collection of data and analysis
•Make sure that the company implements continual improvement techniques
•Trigger customer satisfaction surveys, analyze results and improve accordingly
•Promote awareness of customer requirements throughout the company
•Manage coordinate and approve procedures, instructions and other documents related to the Quality Management System
•Follow up on all nonconformities until elimination and closure
•Provide support to all staff on human resources issue
•Provide advice and assistance with writing job descriptions
•Provide support to the HR Manager in the recruitment of staff
•Communicate with employees regarding their inquiries about salary, workloads, work problem, company rules and other concerns
•Maintain and review employee’s entitlements, including sick leave, annual leave, accrued day’s off and long service leave records
•Encode and keep personal records of the employees
Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals
•Conduct Method Development for new product
•Conduct Method validation
•Conduct investigation when deviations and out of specifications occurs
•Provide trainings of new employees
•Write & Update Standard Operating Procedure
•Operate and Calibrate daily analytical equipment
•Solve problems and implement alternative and corrective solutions
•Work on a team
•Convey and abide by health and safety company’s standards. Promote health and safety consciousness among others.
• Perform analytical testing using standardized procedures in support of cGMP:
Perform analysis on raw materials & Finished Products
•Use Analytical methods and instrumentation such as high gas and liquid performance chromatography (GC & HPLC), spectroscopy and Infra-red, amongst others
•Demonstrate good lab troubleshooting and quantitative analysis skills.
•Fully complete undertaken tasks or projects in a timely and reliable manner. Taking responsibility for actions, results and mistakes.
•Establish priorities and timelines needed to achieve the intended results. Monitoring timelines of own work and makes needed adjustments.
•Timely transmit relevant data to direct supervisor, to peers in the same department or others departments. Properly present written information in a variety of formats (presentations, memos and analytical reports).
