Manage and control the company's quality and food safety information and documents
Conduct internal quality and food safety audits based on company quality management sulystem requirement
Collect all internal and external mon conformities and follow up on corrective action plan
Gather all departmental quality KPI's for management review to ensure deliverables are met as forecasted
Conduct training s in quality and food safety management
Make sure that internal costumers are served in a timely and accurate manner in order to maximize internal customer satisfaction and procedural efficiency
Assist in the establishment, implementation system as per the requirement of applicable international standards and guidelines
Coordinate compliance with national QFS statutory and regulatory requirements
setting quality assurance compliance obejctives to achieve the targets
Insuring product compliance with international and national legislation and standards
Ensuring that product labeling is compliant with regulations export countries
Detremining relevant quality associated training requirements and delivering training
Responsible for controlling the quality of raw and finished products
Responsible of implementing, maintaining and updating continuously the quality management system ISO 22000 within the industry
Managing GMP and HACCP programs and receiving periodically their effectiveness
Maintaining and setting up documentation and control procedures
Responsible of testing the packaging materials received, requesting improvemnet needed actions and reporting any deviation
Responsible of following the internal pest monitoring program, coordinating IPM visits and tasks with the external contractor and reporting any related issues
