• Install, configure, test and maintain Windows Active Directory, DHCP Server and Exchange Server

¬¬¬¬¬¬Act as an IT (IPTV) Project Engineer
• Install, configure, test and maintain Antik Server (IPTV Server)
• Contributing kickoff meeting with the IT Project Manager
• Attending Project initiation, Plans, Project Cost finalization and change management
• Analyzing of end user requirement for the change management
• Providing and coordinate with the Project team for the necessary changes and modifications when & where required
• Maintaining all the Project Devices (IT Project Related Network Switches, Cabinets, Cables, Fiber Optic Cables, Set Top Boxes Etc.)
• Work with fiber optics projects under the guidance of Network Infrastructure Engineer
• Coordinate with the vendor for the laying out of the fiber optic
• Assembling, fixing and arrangement of network cabinets
• Coordinate with the vendor for major issues
• Add/Remove/Modify STBs (Set Top Box) in Antik Server
• Add/Remove/Modify Users in Antik Server
• Add/Remove/Modify Channels in Antik Server
• Assigning of specific Channel packages for the specific nationality wise user
• Monitoring of Antik Server, Channels and users daily basis
• Swapping of Channels between CISCO Receivers
• Handling daily backup and log sheets of Antik Server
• Manage of DCM (Digital Content Manager), Encoders and CISCO Receivers over the network.
• Installation of Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8
• Formatting and Installing PCs
• Troubleshooting PCs & basic networking tasks
• Follow-up and update user status and information
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance in person or via email to the help desk system.
