Providing lighting design concepts for various projects, commercial & high end residential, industrial, public and private outdoor spaces.
Preparing design concept presentations, cad detailed design and specification, lux calculation and reports upon demand.
Elaborate design presentations, lighting plans, documentation and visualizations.
Developing 2&3d lighting solutions for exterior and interior. Developing general lighting concepts and presentations. Choosing fittings in accordance to the design solution and client’s budget. Projects i have worked on vary in function and size, from residential, hospitality, commercial to public parks and private gardens.
Designing soft and hard landscape according to client’s request.
Defining and acknowledging problems, analysing and providing design solutions
Coordinating with clients, project managers and production team in order to obtain the best possible design solutions.
Collaborating with internal and external design consultants including urban designers, architects, planners, economists, transportation, lighting and infrastructure engineers etc.
Review designs and development proposals and applications for compliance with appropriate regulations and policies.
Develop cost estimates and prepare project budgets.
Prepare graphic representations of plans and select plants and materials used for projects.
Overseeing the project to ensure that the project is completed on time and the project’s
objectives are met, ensuring the completion on time and that the most efficient resources are
used in the process. Providing advice on the management and design of projects, organising the team, making sure that the quality standards are met.
Creating and designing graphic layouts, lettering and images.
Plan the project work and schedule with the team, allocating resources, tracking implementation
stages of the project, offering solutions tailored to customer requirements, manage
communications within the teams, delivering the final product to the client.
