1. Preparing handover reports, updating daily reports and monthly reports for daily medical cases and INAD (inadmissible passengers).
2. Accepting and closing cases on Qonnect related to Medical and INAD.
3. Providing general assistance to the INAD and medical team for example, roster requests, NOC, Leaves, etc.
