- Conducted comprehensive analysis of operational & capital expenses that secured a USD 100 million United

§ Main point of contact for government clients on all global tasking requests for existing contracts.
§ Reconciliation of client prefunded amounts and validation of statement of accounts.
§ Independent processing of payroll for the Government Services department consisting of 30 employees.
§ Processing of work statements and work instructions for global locations.

Accurately managed the timely processing of up to 1000 invoices (USD 2 million) per month. Assessed and
closed A/P ledger on a monthly basis and validated content.

§ Overseeing entire payables by ensuring complete & accurate documentation prior to approving payments to
suppliers as per agreed terms.
§ Maintaining accuracy of payments by performing 3-way matches between suppliers’ invoices, goods receipts
notes and purchase orders.
§ Ensuring the monthly A/P ledger close and reports were accurate & submitted within the specified timelines.
§ Supporting external and internal financial audits through information flow & query management at mid-year
and year-end.
§ Tracking cash inflow and outflow by preparing Bank Reconciliation Statements
