• Record, control and monitor all relevant information of local and international shipment in spreadsheet (shipment control table).
• Check and verify all relevant information from purchase order, invoice, packing list, delivery note and shipment documents are synchronize and matching in terms of item code, manufacture part number, description, unit of measurement, quantity, budget code, project, site name, warehouse name, amount, unit of currency, dimension, batch number, serial number, RMA number, AWB/BL.
• Coordinate with relevant department such as Procurement, Freight, QCC, Warehouse, Material Management, and RMA team for any discrepancy or missing information.
• Check SAP for information on item history/status, goods return, service call, serial number list, PO and other inventory reports for any issues of discrepancy and/or connection to goods receipt purchase order (GRPO).
• Prepare in SAP, accurate draft GRPO and send to WH team as basis of checking and receiving items.
• Perform GRPO when all information’s are correct and aligned with QCC inspection and authorization.
• Check and verify the confirmation report from 3rd party logistics, is synchronize with GRPO
• Prepare GRPO report
• Prepare Shipment Control table report
• Prepare KPI table report
• Prepare shipment activities report performed per week.
