• Coordinating the project’s meetings such as kick off meeting pre-construction meeting, design review meetings, and progress review meetings.
• Approval of the contractor’s organization chart and mobilization plan.
• Approval of the project’s baseline schedule considering the project’s contractual milestone, construction materials and equipment’s delivery dates.
• Understanding, identifying, and assessing project risks.
• Working as PMO coordinator for civil & electromechanical division.
• Leading site engineers to ensure project quality and progress.
• Conducting frequent site visits along with contractors and subcontractors.
• Reporting project’s progress, issues, and bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
• Approval of contractor’s monthly site progress and invoices.
• Participating in the project’s walkthrough, punch list closure, and handover.
• Ensure contractor’s compliance to the closing stages requirements considering each contractual milestones requirements (Technical Completion Certificate TCC, Preliminary Acceptance Certificate PAC, and Final Acceptance Certificate FAC).

• Analyzing and interpret contract conditions under FIDIC 99`s.
• Ensuring the terms of the contract are followed.
• Reviewing the contractor’s monthly Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs).
• Evaluating, negotiating, and finalizing project’s claims and variations.
• implementing cost controls and financial control procedures
• Forecasting project’s budget using actual costs and budget at completion.
• Participating to the project monthly progress meetings.

• Analyzing project’s specifications, construction drawings, and method statements.
• Performing pre-inspections for (Formworks, scaffolding, reinforcement, etc.)
• Participate to the final inspections.
• Ensure appropriate resources assigned.
• Supervised mass concrete casting in accordance with method statements.
• Supervising pre-cast, shot-crete, post-tensioning, and grouting activities.
• Supervising brickworks, plastering, painting, and tiles fixing works.
• Reviewing the contractor’s monthly site progress.
• Facilitating the development of As-built drawings.

• Analyzing project’s specifications and approved construction drawings.
• Preparing and approving QA/QC plan.
• Recommending the required material for construction activity.
• Performing materials inspections and materials tests.
• Coordinating construction activities inspections with the clients.
• Preparing QA/QC reports including activities and accomplishment.
• Handling the project QA/QC issues and propose solutions.
• Filing and keeping all QA/QC records.

• Supervising excavation and backfilling works.
• Supervising waterproofing works, reinforcement, and formworks.
• Performing final-inspections and ensure appropriate resources assigned.
• Supervising concrete casting activities.
• Supervising brickworks, plastering, painting, and tiles fixing works.
• Reviewing the contractor's monthly invoice.
• Reporting to the head office on project’s progress.

• Recommending the appropriate material(s) to the customers from various SIKA products such as concrete admixtures products, grouting products, waterproofing products, and flooring systems products (Epoxy).
• Supervising SIKA products applications at site as per product data sheet.

• Reviewing project’s specification and construction drawings.
• Supervising survey works and finalize setting out.
• Estimating the reinforcement and concrete quantities.
• Supervising piles foundation excavation.
• Preparing construction activities and coordinating for final inspections.
• Supervising concrete casting of different structural and non-structural elements.
• Supervising brickworks, plastering, painting, and tiles fixing works.
• Preparing monthly site progress reports.
