• Vehicle Purchasing and Deployment - ensuring all controls and checks are effectively implemented
• Price Negotiation & Confirmation with Dealers/Suppliers
• Lease Costing Calculations

• Compiling monthly insurance report.
• MIS Reporting and KPI’s Reporting such as Units on Hire, Daily Fleet Reports, Management Reports, Utilization Report
• Gathering information on new products being launched and specifications
• Marketing functions include preparing the annual Marketing Budget and Strategy for the company in line with our goal and objectives
• To ensure adequate marketing penetration
• Conduct Market Research and collect competitor data/pricing & competitor Activity
• Preparing promotions and promotional material
• Ensuring all advertisements are placed on time with necessary Government approvals & Guidelines
• Ensuring brand identity is maintained and visible at all locations
• Review and approval of website content & pages
• Updating social media accounts
• Implement, measure and control marketing activities including:
- Media Advertising
- E-Marketing/Radio Advertising
- Website Management
- CRM Implementation
- ERP Process and Controls
