Position
- ¬¬Reports directly to the Area Manager in the absence of the Supervisor who’s on vacation / leave.
- Had an interaction and meeting with the Supervisor in regards of staff, clients complaints or an urgent / emergency assisstance. Maintains customer relationship and ensures they are satisfied.
- Monitors / manages/Supervise all staff and other branch activities and roams the floor.
- Recommends to the Supervisor / Area Manager regarding changes of existing prices, services, procedures, etc. for improvement of the organization.
- Ensures that all files in the stores are neatly and properly kept. Manages and maintains the visual / sound system.
- Ensures that the daily sales report is reported accordingly to the company main office.
- Compile all reports required as per the standards and procedures like staff monthly schedule, Internal Memos/ Office Correspondence, Maintenance /Incident Report, Material Requisition /Material Stock transfer and other official forms.
- Ensures that the inventory for the stores is taken on a monthly basis and dully reported to the Supervisor/Area Branch Manager. And ensures daily that the retail area is setup and stocked according to standard and procedures.
