•Working across multiple business units and establish good relationships with all key business managers and providing support in key financial decisions.
•Provides financial advice and responds to financial queries by studying operational issues; analyzing financial principles and developing recommendations.
•Support multiple business units and Perform month-end closing and prepare financial reporting across the entities of the group (APAC, Europe & Middle East) for the consolidation
•Manage all aspects of finance in the property and maintain the financial ledgers to produce high quality management accounts, including variance analysis and forecasts.
•Ensure records of all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date / Oversee financial discrepancies investigations and internal audit findings in the property.
•Prepares the statutory accounts for the property and facilitate the audit.
•Performed balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany reconciliation and General ledger accounts reconciliations in a multi-currency environment and submit to finance controller with documentations and ensuring that any differences are adequately and reasonably explained
•Prepared cash flow analysis at the Group level and submit to Group financial controller to identify and understand Group cash requirement in preparation for the quarterly board meeting
•Assists in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics bc365 and train the staff to use the system.
