• Providing a vital link between clients and candidates. The role is demanding and diverse and involves:
• using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies;
• visiting clients to build and develop relationships;
• developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, plus their work culture and environment;
• advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a range of media, for example newspapers, websites, magazines;
• using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers;
• headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work;
• using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy;
• receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client;
• requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client;
• briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question;
• preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding of suitable applicants;
• organising interviews for candidates as requested by the client;
• informing candidates about the results of their interviews;
• negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidates;
• offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression;
working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients or business leads generated
Support the activities of the Customer Engineers (CEs) assigned to this position within a particular geographic region or territory; Plan, prioritize, assign, and monitor all open work orders for CE’s, ensuring the prompt delivery of service to meet our contractual terms and conditions;
Responsible for identifying and escalating to the Team Leader or the Territory Manager, or the correct person, any situation that will cause a work order to exceed the specific contractual response or fix time; Gathers problem information and records data in desktop tools
Working with other Service Coordinators when the movement of engineers across territory boundaries is necessary to fill any skill or resource shortfall
Maintaining effective and timely communication with engineers, obtaining regular progress updates for outstanding work orders, and handling all messages that are required to be transmitted to CE’s within the territory; Scheduling customer installation activity
1) Evaluate and grade students' class work, assignments, and papers.
2) Initiate, facilitate, and moderate classroom discussions.
3) Prepare and deliver lectures to undergraduate and/or graduate students on topics such as ethics, logic, and contemporary religious thought.
4) Prepare course materials, homework assignments, and handouts.
5) Compile, administer, and grade examinations, or assign this work to others.
6) Keep abreast of developments in their field by reading current literature, talking with colleagues, and participating in professional conferences.
Observing and recording patients’ behaviour.
Coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals for creating and evaluating customized care plans.
In order to provide emotional and psychological support to the patients and their families, RNs create harmonious environment.
Diagnosing the disease by analyzing patient’s symptoms and taking required actions for his/her recovery.
Maintaining reports of patients’ medical histories, and monitoring changes in their condition.
Carrying out the requisite treatments and medications.
Directing and supervising LPNs and CNAs.
Checking the stock on a regular basis for maintaining the inventory level, and placing orders if required.
Changing patient’s medication as indicated by their conditions and responses.
Adhering with the protocols, norms, rules and regulations in order to maintain complete medical records.
Maintaining hygienic and safe working environment in compliance with the healthcare procedures.
Conducting research for improving the nursing practices and healthcare outcomes.
Providing instant care during medical emergencies, like car accidents, burns, heart attacks and strokes.
Discussing treatment with pharmacists and physicians in the critical cases.
Providing necessary guidance on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Keeping an eye on each and every aspect of patient care that includes physical activity plus proper diet.
