As Remote Desktop Management Agent, I receive warm transfer calls from Level Service Desk agents, with the client in line to solve complicated Issues which require advanced skill level, or high Access authority to remote the client workstation.
-Install Software's based on a schedule using Skype for business or Pc Anywhere.
-Update daily my backlog and make call back based on a respected Schedule between me and the customer.
-update the Knowledge base with new solution and suggest it to our team member's.
Help Desk analyst:

Technical Support includes technical issues on Local/Network printers, workstations, Telephone, Mobile Device (Android phone and IOS devices), along side with Software Errors and client account management.
