Over 35 years of experiences in the field of Mechanical Engineering and has spent over 30 years in the middle east region, with the last nine years and 5 months in Qatar. He has worked in Philippines, Iraq, KSA and Qatar. During his 32 years, he has worked on a variety of building projects as an Engineer, Inspector on Residential, Government, High Rise Towers, Airport and Aircraft facilities, Medical Facilities, RO Plants, District Cooling Projects, Pumping Stations and Paper Mills and is familiar with associated Mechanical Installations including HVAC air handling and pipe work system, underground drainage system, Waste and water system, Centralized Gas System and Elevator & Escalators. He has also spent considerable amount of time overseeing the maintenance, testing and commissioning of a large array of Mechanical and Electrical System and associated Equipment/Machinery. He is familiar with both building and industrial system and is proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, AutoCAD and other software.
Review and approve contractor's shop drawings, vendor shop drawings and material submittals. Attend to the progress meeting and technical meting with the contractor and client. Review and answer any mechanical and technical querries from the contractor and inquiries or clarifications from the client. inspect the work of the contractor.
Tested all mechanical equipments in a hospital projects such as RO plant, Water Softener Plant, Pumps, Irrigation Syatem, Drainage System, Water Supply System, Fire Fighting System, Medical Gas System, Water Boiler and BMS
Responsible for the operation and maintenance of all mechanical equipment including additional works at Saudi Monetary Agency Headquarter.
