-Making sure that daily operation running smoothly, Taking care all of the client personal needs.

-Escorting guests to the suites and serve the guests as needed such as hotel tours restaurant bookings and information of hotel facilities etc.
-Attend any housekeeping and laundry service concerns as needed and other request and managing the floors.
-Anticipate guest needs, respond promtly and acknowledge all guests, maintain positive guest relation and ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
-Handling guest complains and issues and solving it to the shortest time possible.
-Offering signature services of St. Regis standards especially upon check in.
-Reviews all in-house and arrival guests on a regular basis, process in room check in and checkout to the guests in a timely professional manner.
-Ensure all rooms cared for and inspected according to standards and checking stocks levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate.
-Inspecting the rooms for all arrivals and in house guests and performing staff allocations for any guest preferences such as make up room timings and turn down service request.

-Welcoming the guests and escort to their VIP lounge.
-Check guest identification in order to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements for
consumption of alcoholic beverages.
-Offering suggestion by using suggestive selling techniques such as daily specials, cocktail
appetizers and desserts etc.
-Delivering good quality service to each guests to create memorable dining experience.
-Anticipating guest needs to provide excellent customer service.
-Billing and closing guest checks using Micros and making sales report after operation.

-Escorting Guests to their villas doing room orientation and process in room check in as well
as in room check out.
