Leads the project quality team to ensure that the executed works are compliant with the project requirements, specifications, international standards and local authorities. Reviews/prepares Method Statements, ITPs, Pre-qualification documents and Material Submittals according to project requirements and in accordance with relevant standards prior to submission to project consultant/client.
Preparation, submission and implementation of Project Quality Plan. Responsible for internal or external project audits. Coordination with the Client/Consultant for project quality concerns. Provides technical solutions corresponding to clients, consultants, and subcontractors pertinent project issues.
Lead the implementation of Quality Management Systems and coordinated with the Construction Teams for QA/QC matters addressed by client/consultant. Provided corrective action plans and closure of the NCRs received from Client / Consultants / Auditors. Weekly and Monthly Quality Reports. Overlooking control of project documents.
