• Provide estimate of works - which include materials, manpower & equipment for costing and financial analyses;
• Provide costs for all propose and intend projects based on the acquired documents for tendering and bidding purposes;
• Plan and schedule activities in accordance with the approved time frame of the project;
• Provide financial comparative cost analyses which determine the optimum profitability of the company;
• Prepare technical papers evaluations, methods of statements for constructions and specifications and standards;
• Evaluate sub-contractors’ cost which considered responsive bidders;

• Prepare billings or invoices;
• Acquainted with Standard Method of Tests, Codes and Specifications, ie. ASTM, AASHTO MRDTM, ACI, etc.
