Site Supervision of Subcontractor during Hoisting, Installation, Integration and Testing of
Telecom Equipment
• Responsible in requesting D.O. and checking of delivered materials on site.
• Identify, evaluate and troubleshoots equipment & technical defects that could occur on site.
• Update from time to time regarding site progress or any issues.
• Provide reports as necessary and coordinate to client’s Zone Manager.
• Site Audit, Quality Inspection and supervision during site rectification to ensure site readiness.

Responsible for monitoring, maintaining and reacting to Network alarms.
• Provides Level 1 troubleshooting and escalation of issues or alarms.
• Issuance/Updating/Clearing of reference Fault Tickets.
• Communicate in an effective, clear, concise, and professional manner with Field Maintenance
and Field Operation Engineers/Personnel.
• Ensure that all request and work undertaken is logged.
• Provide reports as necessary and coordinate to other NOC Group.
