Involved in assessing, defining and implementing the right network architectures in accordance with business needs and industry best practices.
Provide technical consultancy regarding the proposed solution in support to KACST sales activity while positioning a solution to fit the customer’s needs.
Responsible for network architecture design, optimization, technology selection, quality assurance over implementation, and operation for KACST
Responsible to achieve the variance requirements received from KSA regulators.
Technical Duties:
To develop, implement and review procedures to enhance work in the Networks Operation Center.
To implement business processes and assists in process improvement initiatives in order to enhance network operations.
To recommend changes to policies and establishes procedures that affect immediate policies and procedures.
To maintain communications with staffs and management to ensure that work is delivered on time and within budget.
To leverage business, technical, and interpersonal skills to manage network center operations, and operations personnel.
To recommend and/or initiate the selection and hiring of employees.
To coordinate and communicate with other units' managers to leverage resources and discuss solutions to matters of significance.
To provide continuing training and review and/or development of related policies and procedures.
Supervisory Duties:
To determine unit work objectives and set work priorities for subordinate supervisors.
To provide supervisors and employees with all the necessary technical support and guidance within the department.
To identify staff training needs and recommend the proper training modules for eligible individuals.
To liaise with employees on regular basis to discuss work progress towards achieving objectives.

Deviation percentage from the planned budget.
Team leader, Time management, and decision making inside NOC department.
Monitoring and troubleshooting the main network of TE Data(Cisco, juniper, Alcatel products) .
Distributing tasks on team members and guiding them in any technical problem related to LEASED LINES, DSL, and CORE NETWORK.
Provisioning and troubleshooting Leased lines on Cisco and Juniper routers and on DSLAMs: Internet Lines & Data Lines include Layer2 connections (frame relay & ATM) and MPLS VPN layer 3.
I was responsible for Training all new NOC Engineers and also training for new solutions applied on the network.
