I am graduated housekeeping supervisor having more than 15 years of professional housekeeping experience in hospitality and world class event. At my current job as a housekeeping supervisor in Qatar National Convention Centre, I supervised Shared Services staff in the provision of cleaning, waste, and pest control services for housekeeping operations, where I handled prestigious UN Event, various Exhibitions, Meetings, Gala Dinner, Live Concerts, Theatre Shows, Conferences, Convocations Graduation Ceremony, Ladies Functions and Wedding Event. I also conduct trainings to the staff, preparing presentation, Monthly Housekeeping Report, responsible for planning of housekeeping services delivery for all events held inside the venue. I enjoyed being a lead and the opportunity to empower and motivate my team.
In my 5 years of experience in La Cigale Hotel and Pan Pacific Hotel as a Housekeeping supervisor, I’ve been consistently rewarded for my hard work with promotions and increased of responsibility.
Working back in the Philippines as housekeeping attendant for 3 years was time for me to learn more about professional housekeeping where I got a lots of knowledge about quality housekeeping.
I’ve been taken my professional housekeeping training from the Philippines and various housekeeping task related to technical training here in Qatar.
I believe mine those experiences and trainings has prepared me to take the next step in my career, I’m hoping to do so in an organization like yours that works to improve the environment, which is something I’m passionate about.
