Cash Flow Management which include actual cash flow reporting, budget forecast/planning, execution and Analysis
Management of the company's financial operations, to include financial reporting (financial forecasts, Financial Reports preparation/ interpretation/analysis), training and supervision of accountants, , establishment and execution of accounting procedures and internal control policies.
Maintains relationship with the banks for banking and financing needs.

Oversee operations of all company departments with great emphasis on financial operations in terms of cash flow activities, cash flow planning, projections and analysis, logistics of raw materials, financial planning and bank financing relationships with banks. Employed Accounts & Finance Manager and later appointed Business Development Manager- but still supervising operations of the finance department.
Work with the Owner/General Manager in overseeing liquidity and viability of the business based on financial reports and aggregate periodic operating reports. Make recommendations and execute management business decisions.
Responsible in continuously exploring possibilities for business development and market expansion. Conduct's market research and business plan as necessary.
