Provide guidance for conducting Management (system) Review meetings. Guide the Client’s internal auditor/s to prepare checklists for auditing the procedures (and work instructions) and performing the audits, recording results and interpreting data for process improvement.
- As Project Manager (subcontractor) - National Government Housing Scheme: Oversee the construction project from start to finish ensuring construction activities move according to predetermined schedule. Create teams, assigns responsibilities. Project Cost control, managing budget and tracking team expenses. Communicate effectively with Main Contractor, attends and performs coordinated works with other subcontractors in order to enhance project-phase effectively. Maintains strict adherence to the projected budgetary guidelines, quality and safety standard. Review prepared deliverables, ensuring project documentations are complete before submission to the client
Responsible for assessing and defining all Quality Management deliverables of the project to ensure compliance with company, contract and project demands. Ensure implementation of systems and processes to enable proactive management and monitoring of quality controls defined by the project. Attends site inspections with the direct client (CCIC / QP) and ensures that construction/commissioning works are within the defined parameters in the Inspection and Test Plan, Responsible for the implementation and maintaining of ISO 9001:2008 and Project Quality Plans for the Security solutions and intergration works for Ras Laffan Port Expansion Project.
Responsible for the Total Project Quality Assurance Plan is implemented and monitored as per Contractual Agreement with the Client. Responsible for the implementation of ISO 9001:2008 Certification Road Map. Responsible for Project Quality Plans for the Telecommunication work for Ras Laffan Port Expansion Project ensuring that all Inspection and Test Plan, Method statements are as per the contractual agreement and QP IT standard.Monitor and measure Project’s performance level according to established agreement and to communicate/advise/assist for continual improvement. Ensures that health, safety and environment aspects and requirements are met or in compliance as per Project H.S.E. and/or to relevant legislative and statutory requirements of the State of Qatar
Conduct analysis of the existing system documents and business processes of the client (Qatar Petroleum). Identify weak and strong areas as compared to the requirements of the standard. Prepare gap analysis report on the current level of compliance of the existing quality system (Qatar Petroleum Project) to the requirements of the Standard. Identify the list of documentation required to address the requirements of the standard. Identify the required level 4 documentation (forms), integrate the existing ones into the quality system and assist in creating the required additional forms. Actively participate in the effective implementation of the documented system including meeting personnel at various levels in the company and assist in interpreting the prepared documents. Guide the company’s internal auditors to prepare checklists for auditing the procedures and work instructions and performing the audits and recording results. Provide guidance for conducting Management (system) Review meetings. Actively participate in the conduct of Management System Audits (as Auditor/Observer) for the Gas Operations Departments. Successfully championed ISO 9001:2008 Certification of the Health & Safety Department - Gas Operation Division. Assisted in the preparation, implementation of Quality, Environment and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (IMS - Integrated Management System) for the Gas Operation Division (Mesaieed) including document preparation of the GasOps Laboratory for ISO 17025.
Responsible for process optimization on product cycle time, machinery allocation usage including production schedule on Printing, Exposure and Coating area. Supervises line sustaining and improvement on production yield and machinery optimization. Ensure Product Quality, tackle problems, locate defects and provide permanent solutions. Responsible for day-to-day operations of the production department including Technical aspects of Samsung CDMA products. Ensures that materials required by each product are properly planned coinciding with the Just-In-Time methodology. Responsible in Total Production Quality Management and initiated ISO roadmap for the completion in 2003. Tackle Quality Issues from Customers and study production capabilities in order “zero-out” customer complaints thru enhanced monitoring and Statistical Process Control. Established Supplier/subcontractor review on quality products and materials procurement specifications thereby lowering incoming material defects and faster materials deliveries.
- Responsible for the set-up and preparation of the Company’s ISO 9001 Certification and that the Company Quality System is established, implemented and maintained in accordance with ISO 9001(1994 & 2000 Transition). As Management representative, responsible for the effectiveness of Quality programs by reporting the performance of the system to the Board of Directors. Ensure that Vessels Classifications are in accordance with the stringent requirements of Classification Bodies. Responsible for Project QA set-up for Iran and India Projects (Shipbuilding Collaboration). Act on behalf of the Board Of Directors in implementing HR Policies and Guidelines including recruitment, labor laws interpretation and implementation.
- Responsible for the Quality Control Test Plan including Safety Plan of all projects including the BURG AL-ARAB, Jebel Ali Hotel, Dubai International Airport T2, etc. Audit site works of the company or subcontract erection. Preparation/Approval of WQT/PQR/WPS. Ensures all incoming/outgoing materials and products are as per Client’s Quality requirements. Ensures that the Company Quality System is established, implemented and maintained in accordance with ISO 9001(1994). As Management representative, responsible for the effectiveness of Quality programs by reporting the performance of the system to the General Manager for review and improvement. Ensures that safety policy of the Company is observed and adhered to in all levels of the organization.
