Responsible for conducting and delivering technical and systematic training to newly hired employees including the following: Customer relations, Problem-Solving, Empathy, Soft Skills, Billing Support, Technical Support, and Supervisory Training. Contribute to preserving sturdy relationships with Operations, officers, and L&D leads. Observe and evaluate trainees throughout the training period.
Conduct Training sessions upon releasing new mobile phones and products to familiarize the sales team with the new features and specifications. Contact and utilize outside vendors and resources for instructional technology. Monitor sales objectives, and results, and apply Key Performance Indicators accordingly.
